As Co Managing Partner, Adam Hartstein has extensive experience with assisting domestic and international corporations with US corporate and income tax planning and compliance services. Adam focuses on creating value for his clients by advising businesses and their shareholders on strategic growth planning & structuring opportunities, while optimizing their effective taxes. Adam works with clients from pre-transaction stages through exit, modeling and implementing tax and structuring efficiencies for his clients.
Adam received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Yarden is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance & Accounting graduating with Honors and Dean’s List. Yarden then attended NYU Stern School of Business completing a Master’s Degree in Accounting. Yarden is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
While at larger firms, Yarden specialized in mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, divestitures, debt-financed distributions, partnership interest sales (e.g. 754 Elections) and tax-free reorganizations (e.g. “F” Reorganizations). Yarden supported transaction structuring, pre-transaction tax optimization, pre-transaction due diligence, post-transaction tax planning and merger integration. Yarden assisted a broad spectrum of industries such as home goods suppliers, supplement companies, real-estate developers, construction companies, the healthcare industry and many more. As part of a smaller team, Yarden led the engagements from the moment of inception to the final filings at the Federal, State and International levels.
Starting his career at Deloitte LLP, Yarden supported the formation of UP-C/UPREIT public structures, publicly traded partnerships and developed IPO tax consequences for the Energy, Real Estate and Operating partnership sector. Additionally, Yarden assisted clients with mergers & acquisitions and internal adjustments.
